Sale-a-Bration 2020 Project Ideas
This past Saturday, I held my catalog launch event with BINGO! It was such a fun event!
Everyone received their new copy of the catalog and SAB brochure.
We played 5 games of bingo. The prizes included new Designer Series Papers, embellishments, stamp sets, and a bundle! They also earned raffle tickets for completing a survey and attending the event. Door prizes included rhinestones and brads.
The attendees also received a goodie heart full of ribbon and buttons. And their project bag also included some new DSP for their own personal projects.
They also made 3 projects.
Project 1 – Parisian Card Set
I absolutely love the Parisian Blossoms Suite on page 17 in the mini catalog! The ribbon is exquisite, the paper captures the beauty and fun of Paris and the dies are beautiful.
Project 2 – Pretty Purses
Ok, I saw these purses in the catalog and thought they would be cute, so I ordered them. I honestly wasn’t expecting to love them soooo much! I want to make purses for everything now!
This set is the Best Dressed Suite on page 55 of the mini catalog.
Pro Tip – use tear & tape to put these purses together. This allows you time to get everything in place before it starts to stick together. I would never use glue. You could use the snail adhesive, but once you run that tape on it, it’s ready to stick to anything it touches.
These purses are delightful for shower gifts, gift card holders, little girls birthday party favors, sorority events, the list is endless.
Project 3 – Mini Purse Cards
Using the Dressed to Impress stamp set, the women made 3 mini cards. These cards are 3 inches x 3 inches when folded. They fit perfectly into the purses. This makes a lovely gift for someone.
You can also use the ready made Best Dressed 3×3 cards in the catalog that also match the Dressed to Impress suite.
We all had a wonderful time playing bingo and crafting. The new items from the mini catalog are fabulous and I will be sharing more soon.
Until next time, get crafty and start inking!
